The Coorabie Rest Area Eastbound is a small roadside rest area is located on the Eyre Highway near Bookabie and accessible to vehicles travelling both East to West and West to East. Overnight stays in rest areas on the Nullarbor Plain are tolerated and an acceptable method for managing tiredness. However, stays in excess of 24 hours are not encouraged. Facilities at this rest area are very limited and include rubbish bins only. This is a combined truck, car and recreational vehicle (campervans, motorhomes and caravans) area. Do not park in the truck parking area and make sure you leave plenty of room for trucks to enter and exit the site and to park.
