Mt Pleasant Rest Area Claimed

The Mt Pleasant Rest Area has a 24 Hour Limit for stopovers for fully self-contained vehicles and where camping in tents is NOT permitted. Mt Pleasant Rest Area is a large drive level gravel area that is a popular free overnight rest area that is off the highway and where road noise is minimal due to the dense scrub that screens highway noise. The Mt Pleasant Rest Area offers good shade from the Western Australia sun but no facilities. Pets on leads and under control at all times are allowed. There are some picnic tables at the Mt Pleasant Rest Area.
