Yalata East Rest Area Claimed

The Yalata East Rest Area is a large grave surface immediately next to the Eyre Highway in Yalata, South Australia where you can park you caravan, motorhome or other fully self-contained recreational vehicle for a break or an overnight stop. It’s just off the Eyre Highway, and there are a few tracks to take you further away from the highway, to more secluded campsites and where it is a bit quieter. Pets are OK if kept on a lead and under control at all times. There are no facilities at the Yalata East Rest Area other than rubbish bins and a picnic table. There is a small amount of shade.
